SUP is a great way to feel free and powerful. It’s a great all over body work out. It teaches you to slow down and embrace the adventure you’re on. Take in the scenic views, and find some wildlife along the way. After years of surfing I caught a wave on a SUP and it was such a different ride. It feels like surfing and snowboarding come together, you create your own speed, choose a path to take and enjoy the sunshine!

Qualifications: Level 1 Surf Coach Certificate, Senior First Aid Certificate, Apola (OSSCA), Bachelor of Digital Media
